The Woodyard, Clipston

Working in association with Steve Jowers Associates and Seagrave Developments Ltd we carried out an arboricultural report and produced soft landscaping proposals for a planning application to develop 5 detached dwellings.

The scheme incorporated an area of open space and attenuation pond with native planting. Semi mature Horse Chestnuts were specified to replace existing chestnuts in poor condition.

A wide band of native planting around the boundaries of the site were retained and enhanced to increase biodiversity within the site and link wildlife corridors.
