Moreton Road, Buckingham

Artemis carried out an Arboricultural survey and assessment in relation to proposals for 7 dwellings with access, car parking, landscaping and associated works at land between No. 38 Moreton Road and The Old Police Station, 50 Moreton Road, Buckingham.
Further to this we prepared an Arboricultural Implications Assessment plan and soft landscaping sheme.
The land comprised steep levels and being in a sensitive area close to Buckingham town centre, the scheme meant working closely with the design team – in particular the architects and ecologist – and the planning department.
The scheme gained approval in December 2024.
