Soft Landscape Scheme prepared to satisfy Planning Conditions for proposed new Warehouse and Distribution Facility.

A significant amount of tree and native planting / screening was needed to help this site achieve planning in order to retain the green nature of the existing site and views in from the adjacent Redway to the west and existing established trees / nature area to the south. Tight budget constraints meant that such planting had to be pushed to remain within the proposals.

Planning permission was consequently granted and K and K services were able to moved on site in February 2011. The company are now well on their way to achieving their mission ‘to become the most reliable and respected road haulage provider in Milton Keynes’.

Currently they are all Key Workers – responsible for crucial distribution during the Covid-19 response.

They are stocking supermarket NDCs and RDCs, as well as NHS facilities, with urgent materials to meet the current increased demand. Their work is invaluable to the national effort to deal with the Coronavirus
